Welcome to Authentic Existence Counseling.

My name is Daniel Kowbel, and I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. I am under the supervision of Mara Colbert, LPC (License #2014027359).

I provide evidence-based therapies including:

- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

- Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

- Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

I also specialize in Existential Psychotherapy and Grief Therapy.

I treat a range of mental health symptoms including anxiety, depression, grief, stage of life transitions, trauma, and personality disorders.
